Fabrics
During the creation of a new model, when fabrics are added to the model or when a model is imported from another DesignCad software, the fabrics within the imported models are automatically saved and stored in the DesignCad library for later use.
This section is where operations for all fabrics stored in the library are managed.
All pages are opened from the File menu using the Options icon, and the Fabrics tab is selected.
To add a fabric to the library, click the Add button.
- In the opened window, enter a new fabric name in the Fabric Name field.
- From the Fabric Color section, select the color and confirm with Ok to add it to the library.
To edit an existing fabric (change its name and color):
- Select the fabric from the list and click the Edit button.
- In the opened window, make the desired changes and confirm with Ok.
The selected fabric is deleted from the library using the Delete button.
