Buffer Area

Before being placed into the marker area, pieces can optionally be sent to the buffer area and then transferred to the marker area.

To move a piece to the buffer area, click the icon located above the Direction column in the piece bar.

 By clicking the button, all sizes of the piece in that orientation are transferred to the buffer area.

 By clicking the button, all sizes of the piece in that orientation are deleted from the marker.

 By clicking the button, all sizes of the pieces in that orientation that were placed in the marker area are returned to the Piece Bar.

If you click the icon  at the beginning of the Piece Bar and select Send to Buffer from the window that opens, all pieces will be transferred to the buffer area in alphabetical order.

Pieces placed in the buffer area can be transferred to the marker area one by one by clicking them with the mouse.

To return the pieces from the buffer area back to the piece bar, click Clear Buffer from the Layout menu.
